Kemp Excellence Foundation, a non-profit organisation is not just building a national women’s football club; we're forging a movement, a powerful force that's rewriting the narrative of women's sports in India. We are creating a legacy that transcends the playing field, empowering young women to shatter glass ceilings and redefine what's possible.

As parents of players we saw gaps in women's football in India. As professionals in our own fields, we set out to bridge these gaps to create an equal, enriching, and empowering environment. We saw football transforming our daughters to become better decision makers, independent thinkers, confident leaders and we want to pay it forward to the next generation.

We have the vision and aspiration to empower women in football, through football by building a robust ecosystem for players, coaches, and other professionals in the sport.

India ranks as the fifth largest and fastest-growing economy in the world. However, sports professionals and aspiring amateurs in our country often face challenges such as traveling by the cheapest means of transport, consuming sub standard food, and experiencing limited or no physical and mental recovery. They lack access to data or analysis of their performances and manage with inadequate infrastructure, yet they are still expected to perform as high-performance athletes.

This lack of support stifles ambition and can only be addressed through corporate or commercial intervention. Kemp Excellence Foundation aims to change the eco system by fostering meaningful and impactful partnerships with companies and brands to bridge these significant gaps in women’s football.
